surrender of this confirmation of coverage stating when cancellation will be effective. This confirmation of
coverage may be cancelled by the Subscribing companies by notice to the Named Insured in accordance with
the policy conditions. This confirmation shall remain in effect until replaced by an insurance policy or
certificate of insurance.
