William A. Forrester

William A. Forrester is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, College of Business Administration. I first entered the real estate profession in 1970 when I was licensed as a real estate sales associate. I was licensed as a real estate broker in 1978 and served as President of Wilson Realtors until 1980. In 1980, I opened my own real estate brokerage and development company. I developed residential real estate in Hamilton County, Ohio.
In 1982 I joined a partner and entered the transportation industry. We owned and operated an import-export trucking company in the eastern United States. The company grew to 9 terminals and 300 trucks with sales of thirty million dollars per year. In 1997 I sold my interest in the trucking company. I spent my appraisal apprenticeship under Bob Garfield, at Gerdsen Garfield Real Estate Services, Cincinnati, Ohio. I have completed the necessary hours of education in real estate appraisal. I currently hold an Ohio Brokers license and I am a Certified Real Estate Appraiser in Ohio #445066 and in Kentucky #002540.
I have completed appraisal assignments for Fifth Third Bank Trust Department, Mercantile Bancorp, Gulfstream Financial Services, Ohio Bancorp, Ashore Funding, Fidelity Mortgage of Kentucky and others.

Laura Bonner

Laura Bonner is a native of Cincinnati. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati in June of 2001 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Her focus at the University was in Marketing and Real Estate.
In June of 2001 Laura joined Forrester Appraisal Service as an apprentice appraiser.
Laura received her Ohio real property appraisal license in February 2004

Julia S. Strasser

Julia S. Strasser is a native of Cincinnati and attended Thomas More College in Crestview Hills, KY. In 1997, Julia obtained a degree in English/Secondary Education. After teaching for four years she entered the real estate profession in 2001.
Since July of 2001, Julia has been an apprentice with Forrester Appraisal Service. From July 2001 to present she continues to work on courses and field hours needed to be state certified at the end of a two year apprenticeship.
Julia received her Certified Real Property Appraisal license for Ohio and Kentucky in October 2003

Margaret M. Stapleton

Margaret M. Stapleton is a native of Cincinnati and attended the University of Cincinnati. Margaret first entered the Real Estate Industry with Southwest Financial Services, Inc. in May 1994. Her position waws responsible for flood determinations in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Pennsylvania. While at Southwest Financial Services, Inc. she also prepared market valuations and appraisals for client lenders.
In May 1998 Margaret began employment with Gerdsen Garfield Real Estate Service. As Director of Marketing, Margaret was responsible for preparing marketing, sales materials and strategies for the properties listed by the firm. In addition Margaret began her apprenticeship as a real property appraiser. In February 2000 Margaret joined Forrester Appraisal Service as an apprentice appraiser. During the apprenticeship she completed the courses and practical hours necessary to sit for the Real Estate Appraiser examination.
